Confidence and Emotional Control

Low self-confidence and poor emotional control affects job performance, and every other aspect of a persons life and career. While no one wants to suffer from these, people often build another kind of self-confidence problem which is equally destructive; Arrogance, Overconfidence or pseudo-confidence which does not belong in today’s organization. In fact, people who are domineering and who think they are entitled to make decisions without regard to how they will affect others are as ineffective as their low-confidence peers, and mostly this is just a mask of low self confidence.
